I got into my phone and searched up my apps and found this app that I didn’t download but had downloaded 2 years ago. I deleted the app but am still wondering if I did have a virus on my phone still?

No virus. Someone either had your passcode to your phone 2 years ago and downloaded it on your phone or someone else logged into their device with your Apple ID/Password and downloaded the app on their phone. With the Share Across Devices setting turned on, which is normally the case, it will then appear on your device as well.
You can view any other device that is logged into your account currently by going to Settings > [name on top], and scroll to the bottom of that page.
