To the Author: Only iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max plus all iPhone 16 models are capable of running Apple Intelligence. iPhone 15 Plus doesn't have the RAM required. And it will never have the RAM required.

Nobody here speaks for Apple. However, in all likelihood, the date is "Never."
