Apple Devices on Windows PC seems dead

I use Apple Devices with Apple Music to manage music on my iphone 11+ Pro Max. My laptop is running Windows 11 Home. The software and OS are up to date on both phone and laptop. My issue is, as of yesterday Apple Devices is not responding when I plug my iphone in. The settings are greyed out and nothing happens. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Apple Devices, I've restarted the laptop and the phone, I've tried a couple of different USB cables which are Apple proprietary ones.

Any idea what the problem might be? Thank you!
