Novation LAUNCHKEY not working in Logic Pro or GarageBand

This setup worked with my MacBook Air (M1), but not with my new machine. However, I can't remember which hub I used. I don't want to but another hub just to find out that it's not the hub.

• Mac Mini M4, MacOS 15.2.
• mk1 Launchkey 25
• Cruxtec USB Hub (the one that supports Apple Silicon)

No MIDI data getting to Logic Pro or GarageBand (or MIDI Monitor). Device not in system report either.

The device was in Audio MIDI setup, however I seem to removed it as part of trouble shooting.

I've tried two USB cables. Same result.

The lights on the device come on when I plug it in.
