iOS 18.2 Screen Time Passcode and Apple ID Issues in iPad Gen 10 and iPhone 13
Hi everyone, did anyone here have the problem that you set a screen time passcode and an Apple ID w/ password used for setting such passcode then later if you want to change passcode or change setting in screen time, the iPad does not accept the passcode (I'm certain that the passcode was entered correctly) then when you try the option to used Apple ID to change or delete passcode, again the iPad doesn't accept it either, every time we entered the correct passcode and Apple ID w/correct password, it is counted as a failed attempt. We contacted apple for help and they advised that the only way to delete passcode is to erase the iPad. This problem happens in my iPhone 13 (iOS 18.2) too. In other previous iOS, we did not have this problem.
Anyone has experience of this problem and how to solve it? Thanks all
