my genmoji isnt working on my up to date iphone 16

when I go to create the Genmoji it’s not available to create

iPhone 16 pro max Has anyone been able to figure out the new Genmoji? I’ve googled how to use it but my phone doesn’t have the options that it tells me to click on. I have the 16 pro max so I should be able to do it. Kinda stinks having a brand new phone but not being able to use the new features.

Which IPhones will have genmoji? Im updating to iOS 18.2 on my IPhone 13 where it lists the new AI features but on ads it says it’s only available for IPhone 16 and up.
