Snapchat camera permissions missing on iPhone

so i have had snap for years and all of a sudden i go into the app it tells me i need to give camera permissions to use it so i press the open settings option but there is no option for camera enabling. i went to privacy and into camera but there was no list of apps with permissions just ‘app clips’

Snapchat Camera Permission Ever since I updated my IPhone to the IOS 17 Software, every time I go on Snapchat I receive a pop-up telling me to allow camera access but when I click the button provided it takes me to the IPhone settings and there’s no option to allow camera access. A common answer to this question I’ve seen is going into the privacy and then clicking on the camera app and then allowing permission through there but I did that and there still wasn’t an option to allow access. Camera access to snapchat Hey there so when I go into Snapchat it says I need to allow access to camera and takes me to settings. I don’t know how this suddenly happened because I’ve been using Snapchat for more than a year now. There is no option to change anything in the place it takes me. I’ve read from other people that you need to go to privacy and turn on the respective app. But when I do go there, it doesn’t show anything. What should I do???

Camera Access not working for Snap&Insta Hi, for the past few days my instagram and snap chat apps have been asking for camera ask however it’s nowhere in my settings…I have used every suggestion on previous Apple articles and on Youtube/Safari. I have went to My privacy setting to my camera and there are no app clips to accept…and the camera settings isn’t on the applications setting screen. Can someone help?

Try deleting SnapChat app, restarting your iPhone, and downloading the app and logging in again.
