add note to a phone number who is not in my contacts

I would like to ask if it possible to add a note for a number who call me and is not in my contacts and i dont want to add to my contacts.

For example i receive a lot of calls in one day and just I want to add note for example from what supplier is this phone number iI dont want to add it to my phonebook because I will not use it in the next day
