Siri not responding correctly on my iPhone 15 Pro Max

I’m unhappy with the iPhone 15 Plus’ version of Siri. It recognizes my voice correctly. It repeats my request verbatim but the response is completely off track.

Example:

Me: “Hey Siri, open my “alarm system app”. “

Siri: “there’s not a TV connected.”

Example 2: Me: “Hey Siri, I need directions to the closest gas station.”

Siri: “you’re going to have to unlock your phone for that.”

example 3: “Hey Siri, what is the forecast for today?”

Siri: “hmmm. Siri is having a problem. Please try again.”

example 4: “Hey Siri, call my mom”

siri, calls obscure number in my contacts.

considering the cost, it’s a huge expense for something that is useless. My iPhone 13 did not have this issue. It worked perfectly.
