Error "Unable to Load Video" on iPhone 13 Pro Max after recent update

I get an error message "Unable to Load Video - An Error occurred while loading a higher quality version of this video." when I try to play older vides in the Camera Roll on my phone (that were taken with this phone). What is going on? Is this related to the recent update where Apple made terrible changes to the photo app?

I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max running iPhone 13 Pro Max. Please tell me there's an update to fix this issue!

Adding to this... I am also unable to upload pics taken prior to early December or late November to Shutterfly so there must be an issue with the latest update and compatibility of photos/videos taken prior to this update. I really hope someone at Apple can get back to me with more information. Is anyone else experiencing the same?

There's a type error in my original post here (it's late and I was trying to make a Christmas present for my daughter).

I have a 13 Pro Max running iOS version 18.1.1
