guitar amps have stopped working.

My interface (evo 4) is working. I can hear the signal but amp models are not working. When I try to record the sound is garbled.

No guitar effects sounds in Logic Pro I just purchased the third generation Focusrite Scarlet solo interface(latest software), using it with logic pro X latest software on my Mac studio. I'm getting guitar signal through the monitor but it's not picking up the effects in logic. not picking up the plug-in sounds just clean guitar coming through.
