Safari Notifications Missing and WhatsApp Web Issue on iPhone

Hi, is it normal that safari don’t send notifications and even can’t find notification settings for it.

and how to receive notifications for WhatsApp web in this case?

Whatsapp notifications off Since i installed the ios 16.3.1, Whatsapp doesn’t show notifications or any message i receive. Is anyone else in this situation? I mention that i have an iPhone 8 Plus, but i don’t understand why i can’t see the notifications, just when i open the app.
