Image playground is not available in app store

Have you downloaded Apple Intelligence to your iPhone and Opted-in?

It’s downloaded automatically as part of the 18.2 installation and enabling Apple Intelligence, I didn’t have to download the Playground app from the App Store, it appeared on the front page under some of my widgets.

So you have all other Apple Intelligence features? You didn't answer my question about where you live? For example, if you live in the EU, Image Playground won't be available in the App Store in the EU. Apple has announced Apple Intelligence features will come to the EU in April 2025.
