No “Extend Apple Intelligence & Siri” in Menu

Same problem for me - the “Extensions” option doesn’t exist for me

Same here - no idea what’s happened!

Ok I’ve got some news.

my ISP at home (Optimum) was preventing me from downloading the ChatGPT and Image Playground. Also had not glow on Siri. Maybe it got stuck in the network level cache??

as soon as I connected to my office WiFi which is a different ISP, boom. It all downloaded in less than 5 minutes. All good now.

Make sure that the language Siri is set to matches the region your phone is set to.

not seeing the extension either. I reset my phone, restarted many time and it doesn’t show up. Yet I do see it on my iPad.

I'm also facing the same issue, The Chatgpt extension is not showing up, and I also properly set the device language and Siri language the same i.e. English(UK)
