Intelligence stuck at the prep stage

Ugh HEEELLLPPP!! I have been stuck since Nov 1st. I have been though something like 4 or 5 different senior advisors at this point and no one has been able to solve it. We've literally tried everything short of getting a new Mac Mini. They've had me down rabbit holes I've never seen before, some of the advisors really gave it a go but still nothing. For reference i'm on 15.1.1 with a mac mini M2 and we've tried re installing the IOS, changing Siri's langue and region and restarting, starting a new dummy profile and rebooting into safe mode then turning off apple ID and trying it there. **** we even tried applying first aid to the my time machine.
