If apple inteligence is enabled, iphone force reset is not working, when im clicking on volume up, then down and then hold on lock button, apple intelogence is shown and it is not restarting after 10 seconds

The operative word here is QUICKLY; and try it a couple of times, the timing is a little tricky. If done correctly this will always work unless the phone has a hardware problem.

Why do you need to do a forced restart? Are you experiencing an issue? If so, what is it? Can you shut down the phone normally?
It also works for me. And yes, I have Apple Intelligence activated.

Do you have a iPhone 16 with camera control? You don’t press camera control, you press the the side button above this after the two volume buttons.
I turned my phone off and turned on, then I made the same combination of force reset and that worked for me. Thanks to everyone who tried to help.
