Missing iTunes format and Playback features in Apple Music

My music library in Itunes was displayed on one long list as well as smaller playlists that I had created. I could

sort easily by song title or artist and the number of plays was displayed and I could crossfade the songs on playback and edit the information as I wished. Now I have those songs in Apple Music as far as I know but I am not happy with the display at all and want the old one back. How can I do this?
