Unable to accept iCloud terms and conditions on my iPhone
Like many people it appears, I am unable to accept terms and conditions as required. I click “continue” then the spinning circle that either spins endlessly OR spins the stops, then it still says continue but the link is not active and the back button is greyed out so I have to close the app.
Phone is iPhone 6s
It is maximally updated to iOS 15.8.3. This is as high an update possible for 6s.
What I’ve tried and it did not resolve the issue:
- shut down phone, restart
- log out of iCloud, shut off phone, restart phone, attempt to accept conditions. Didn’t work, logged back into iCloud, tried to accept, didn’t work.
- turn off WiFi, attempted to accept while using data
I looked through this community and on Reddit, but have not found a solution. Any help is appreciated.
