Can't accept new iCloud Terms and Conditions in iPhone
When I click 'continue' to accept new iCloud Terms and Conditions, I get a message "Cannot Complete Action"

Seems the iCloud Terms and Conditions can only be accepted when using the newest OS versions.
It is likely you are still able to use iCloud, anyway, with earlier iPadOS versions installed, even though the new Terms can not be accepted as yet.
If needed: There's a website online for iCloud Support (info / support/ contact)

I have updated my iPad to the latest version 16.7.10 and still can’t accept the terms and conditions. I’m still getting the pop up “Cannot Complete Action”
