Broken rear glass on iphone 16 pro max
I bought the Iphone 16 Pro max 2 days ago at the Apple Store in Bankgog . But, I accidentally dropped the iphone in my hand. Are there any chance to change my phone with new one for customer delight?

You are not asking Apple here but rather other end users. We are not qualified comment on "customer delight."

Yes it does?? I’ve done it tons of times?? It’s $40 for front or back repair or $139 for replacement
If there is any customer delight to be given, it’ll come from the store manager, not here or by calling. Give it a shot!
AppleCare?
No. Accidental damage isn't covered. You'll have to pay to have the back glass replaced, just like you would have to pay to replace the bumper on a new car you accidentally crashed into a wall. Schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar. I don't know what the price is in Bangkok, but in the US the back glass on an iPhone 16 Pro Max replacement cost is $199.
I hust dropped off my 16 pro and the back glass got broken , Apple can give one time free replacement within 1 yr of purchase small brands are doing this y cant apple do one time replacement for any accidental claims this would also promote their sale 💯

If you wisely invested in an AppleCare+ plan when you bought your phone, the cost to replace the back glass wouldn't be very expensive. If you didn't, you are responsible for the cost as accidental damage isn't covered. And Apple rarely, if ever, makes exceptions to their warranty policies.
Other wise, use the link Katana-San provided and schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar to have your phone repaired.

Exactly ?? Sub to AppleCare then get it fixed that’s what I did
AppleCare is the standard one year warranty, which comes with all iPhones. It does NOT cover accidental damage. AppleCare+ is an option you purchase, which does cover accidental damage, with a deductible. They aren't the same and that is what Bob Timmons was trying to suggest.

Also…let’s think of it this way…if I buy a new car and have an accident will the dealership repair my car for free? It’s the same principle.

AppleCare does not cover accidental damage.
You are thinking of AppleCare+
