Unable to Accept New iCloud Terms and Conditions

In Settings I’ve had the notice that I must accept the new terms and conditions, but when clicking the Continue button in order to enter my passcode I keep getting the message “Cannot Complete Action at this time.

How much more detail do I need to provide?

Impossible to accept "New iCloud Terms & Conditions"on iPhone SE running latest iOS I am using an iPhone SE (1st Generation) running the latest iOS 15.8.3 (19H386). Since a couple of weeks, I am unable to accept the "New iCloud Terms & Conditions" that gets displayed under my Apple ID profile. Though, albeit clicking on "Continue", nothing is moving forward with the navigation. The little right circle is idling all the time. See screen dump hereafter: What can I do here further? Even rebooting the device does not help further :-(

Can’t accept new iCloud Terms and Conditions In Settings, I have an item saying that there are new iCloud terms and conditions to accept. When I accept these conditions, there is a pause and it loops back to the same screen and the “new terms and conditions” statement never goes away. it’s as if something isn’t accepting my acceptance of the terms and conditions. this is becoming very frustrating!
