Writing Tools feature not appearing on my MacBook Pro after macOS 15.1 update

I have a MacBook Pro 2020 with M1 chip and just upgraded to Sequoia 15.1. I have played around on Safari a bit and the new features are there. Now I am trying to use Writing Tools, but it is not found anywhere. Specifically in notes, there is no icon and if I select text and right click, it does not appear there either. Any ideas?

To get started with Apple Intelligence on your Mac, choose System Settings, click Apple Intelligence & Siri , then click Join the Apple Intelligence Waitlist. You are notified as soon as Apple Intelligence is ready for your device.

Writing tools will appear in TextEdit and Pages v14.3 after you install Sequoia v15.2 and Get Apple Intelligence from the System Settings > Apple Intelligence & Siri panel — and afterward — by enabling Apple Intelligence on this panel.

Yes, it shows and works partially in Pages and Messages, however it only shows in Notes but no function works.
