Writing Tools feature not appearing on my MacBook Pro after macOS 15.1 update

With the 15.2 update, all references to Apple Intelligence is gone.

Yes, it shows and works partially in Pages and Messages, however it only shows in Notes but no function works.

There is a clear bug, that even second level of support can't solve, where writing Tools do not show up in Mail, Pages or TextEdit. Summarize and Priority works partially and I have icon in the menu bar for AI

• The first set of Apple Intelligence features is available now as a free software update with iOS 18.1, iPadOS 18.1, and macOS Sequoia 15.1, and can be accessed in most regions around the world when the device and Siri language are set to U.S. English.

To get started with Apple Intelligence on your Mac, choose System Settings, click Apple Intelligence & Siri , then click Join the Apple Intelligence Waitlist. You are notified as soon as Apple Intelligence is ready for your device.
