Since the update, I’ve noticed some strange behavior in Safari. When I try to drag the window, it doesn’t let me place it where I want. The new video viewer mode also occasionally bugs out. The main issue is that when I click on the header to move the window, it often glitches. It’s quite frustrating! :)

I Had the same issue today, I switched off ''Hold Key while dragging windows to tile''. When that was turned off everything was working in safari like I used to when It first updated to 15.0. Hope this helps you as well
