Charged twice for the same app.

I was charged for an app on Sept 11 that I did not want to purchase but I was denied a refund which was ok but then on Sept. 14 they tried to charge me again I erased all my cards from my phone. Now I am unable to update my apps or even download free apps. What do I do?

iPhone 11, iOS 18

Hello~ In order to download or update apps you will need a payment method on file. You may see this message now…

If a message says 'Your Media & Purchases account has been disabled' - Apple Support

If you are charged in error then…

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

You may contact Apple by going to lower left and click on the small Support icon.
