Apple Intelligence not showing up with Siri after iOS 18.1 update

Not sure what to do to ge5 apple intelligence to show up with Siri or get on the waiting list.

You can certainly update your iPad Mini 6 to iOS 18.2. In fact, you should update it to 18.2 as it includes some new features and bug fixes, but an iPad Mini 6 is not capable of running Apple Intelligence. You'd need an iPad Mini 7, or any iPad Pro with a M1 chip to be able to run Apple Intelligence.
