I use an iPhone12 mini, after updating to iOS18.1 in the Control Center i can only switch the mobile data on and off when the phone is unlocked.
When the phone is locked and I try to turn mobile data on or off, it requests me to unlock my device first.
This did NOT happen with iOS 18.
Is there a solution / does anyone else have the same problem ?

check settings - face id /passcode - control center - off
I believe that’s intentional to keep a thief from disabling it without having the passcode for the device.

Hi, your idea is nice - but it totally disables the control center in lockscreen.
This is not my goal :)

Yes agree to your idea, but why is only mobile data affected ? all other "on/off" buttons, like WiFi, Airplane Mode still work WITHOUT having to unlock.
i have the opposite problem, I want to disable the control center on my lock-screen. I have tried turning off the button for it but it keeps showing again I even tried restarting my phone it still does it. Any help please. Maybe it’s a bug?
