Unable to make 'In App purchases' for Games

I have downloaded a few great games that I enjoy playing, BUT I cannot connect to make in app purchases that are necessary to keep playing. This happens “frequently” and I can’t continue playing. Very frustrating! I get so frustrated that I end up deleting the app. I have not had this problem in the past. There is money in my account so this is not the issue. How can I fix this? Or, am I missing something?.

Unable to make in-app purchases on iPad after iPadOS 18.2 update I have done all the usual troubleshooting things like close the app down and restart iPad, I have deleted the app and reinstalled after starting iPad and still each time I try to make in app purchases through games I keep getting greyed out loading sign that never goes away. I have $160.00 in my apple account so that is not the issue. This only happened after I upgraded the iOS 3days ago. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
