The last test listed on screen seems to be for a temperature sensor so I would assume the error is for that sensor. I cannot read the text in the picture. Perhaps the Thermal Interface test? Perhaps it needs the CPU thermal compound replaced since it does dry out after some years. It is not easy to work on 2013 Mac Pro.
I repasted the cpu and the gpu's and the cpu had a bad spot on it its the original 8 core apple cpu I think its bad and overheating causing the issues I moved all components to another unit one by one the test passed so what's left is the cpu.

there should be more to it than "12"
There should be a few letters, small numbers, and another longer number as well.
I posted the picture showing where it failed you can zoom in to see the numbers looks like 12 to me
