Can't Reset my password link

Hi,

the password from my wife's Apple ID account got locked.

When i try to unlock it

the iforgot.apple.com link gives the error:

Safari can't open the page

Too many redirects occurred trying to open "https://iforgot.apple.com/404". This might occur if you open a page that is redirected to open another page, which then is redirected to open the original page.

No matter the browser or device, I always get the same error with different phrasing.

Deleting cookies didn't fix it. Neither did the privacy checkboxes in Safari about website tracking/ cookies.

It had been locked some times in the past, but there was never a problem to reset or unlock it.

And nobody seems to have the same problem.

Is there a solution on this?
