iPhone 16 Pro touch screen is not responding
for what I paid this is not ok, what can I do. The touch screen does not respond often. I have to use extreme pressure for it to work?

Most likely it's a hardware problem with the touchscreen. If restarting the iPhone and returning it factory settings don't help, contact Apple Support or make an appointment at an Apple Store or authorized service center to have your iPhone evaluated and most likely serviced.
