iOS 18 Camera bug on iPhone 16 Pro

Ever since I bought the phone right from launch day, I haven't been able to use the camera from the new Camera Control button at all. I've tried restarting, soft resetting by pressing the volume/Power buttons etc. AND I've also updated to the iOS 18 0.1 which was supposed to address the issue & I'm still going through the same thing. Anyone else having these issues?
