Pages for Mac No Longer Displaying Recent Docs

Hi there. I'm running MacOS Sequoia 15.0.1 and Pages 14.2, and noticed a minor--but annoying--change in behavior. Since switching to Mac, when I CTRL-click on the Pages icon, I was shown a list of my ten or so most recently modified documents. In the last two weeks, I've noticed that list was shrinking. Today it's nonexistent.

This isn't a huge issue, but I work on multiple documents within a week, and having quick access just made Pages work smoother. Has anyone else experienced this? Thank you!

Not my experience with Pages v14.2 on Sequoia v15.0.1. Reboot your Mac. If that does not correct the issue, then boot into Safe Boot mode and see if the Recents menu begins to populate. If it does, then some third-party software is involved that is impacting this Recents issue. Reboot normally and see if Recents continues to populate.

If you cleared the Open Recent menu contents in Pages for Mac, that would also clear the Show Recents in the Pages Dock menu. If there were no Recents menu entries in the Pages File menu, and you did not clear them, then

check System Settings > Control Center panel for the following setting at the bottom of that panel.

which in this example would allow for 10 items in both Recent locations as you open, save, and close Pages documents.
