Game Center not working

So I just got the new iPhone 16 pro, and just signed back up for Apple one, and I went on fruit ninja + and it wont let me sign in with my Game Center. I am able to click the button, then it dos that rainbow circle thing, and then doesn’t sign me in. Same thing happens on my iPad 9. It’s not new and Game Center worked. I go into settings and click to enable Game Center, and it says it can’t make an account.
