When my iPhone goes into sleep mode focus the alarm comes through in Apple Watch

Hoping someone can help just purchase the iPhone watch series 10 moved from Fitbit but it appears that when my phone goes into sleep mode focus the alarm no longer sound through the phone and comes through my watch. I have my watch on silent so therefore it only vibrates. I know I can resolve this by just turning on an alarm but I like using sleep focus surely Apple could fix this.

Yes.. watch does go in the focus but alarm does not sound through phone. Goes through watch.

I have read on other threads that this is an ongoing issue.

I resolved the issue by turning off sleep focus setting up a do not disturb function for the same time as sleep focus and then setting an alarm individually

Since the Series 10 is quite new, this might be a software issue.

Let Apple know about it by using the Feedback link. This is the only way to reach them directly, since they do not follow these user to user discussions.

Just to make sure, did you enable "Share Across Devices" in the Focus settings on your iPhone?

After that, your watch should automatically enable the Sleep Focus and all the app settings at the same time as your iPhone.
