Business manager without DUNS number

Is there a way to verify our business in Apple Business Manager without having a DUNS number?

We are located in the UAE and the local DB representative is trying to extort us for 1-5k$ for extra services we don't want at the moment. But for all intent or purpose it would seem the DUNS number is a prerequisite to get started...

We have all corporate / licensing etc doc for our company and are happy to submit them but there does not seem to have any way around the DUNS...

you'll need a duns number regardless, but if you submit your duns request through apple they will probably expedite the process/not try to upsell you: D-U-N-S® Number - Support - Apple Developer (use the link to look up your organization)

A D-U-N-S number is required in the US. I can't speak for other countries. That said, a D-U-N-S number is free.
