Apple Music not working ps5

Whenever I open the Apple Music app on Play station 5 it gives me a black screen and will not show anything else I have to restart my PlayStation. I contacted PlayStation and did everything they had told me to and nothing worked. They said it could be an error with the app itself and was wondering if there was anything that could be done

Apple Music not working on ps5 !! As of recently, Apple Music just stopped working on the PS5 for me. It was working fine a couple of days ago now all of a sudden when I go to turn on music, I’ll press play on a song and it doesn’t play it just stays paused. it will say that it is playing, but the slider that shows the song is playing will not move. It stays in place. I have tried deleting the Apple Music app and re-downloading it. I have tried updating it. I have also tried restarting and shutting down my console and turning it back on, nothing has worked.

Apple Music not working on ps5 I have Apple TV+, Apple Music subscriptions. I’m in an authorized region for accessing Apple Music on PS5. I launch the app it just stays on the splash screen forever then says something went wrong and goes ahead to create an error report. All the solutions I’ve seen say to go into the app( the one that’s refusing to launch) and reset it… which is dumb. You can’t get in how will you then access the settings to reset it. I’ve tried resetting the ps5, deleting and reinstalling the app. Nothing I just get the same result. please kindly provide an actual workable solution.

Unable to load on ps5 Hey there every time I click on a song or anything on my PS5 from the control center it says “unable to load. There was a problem loading your content” any help? And then when I try to open the Apple Music app it stays on the Apple Music loading screen for a while and then tells me “something went wrong with this game or app” and tells me to report it?
