Apple Music not working on ps5

I have Apple TV+, Apple Music subscriptions. I’m in an authorized region for accessing Apple Music on PS5.

I launch the app it just stays on the splash screen forever then says something went wrong and goes ahead to create an error report.

All the solutions I’ve seen say to go into the app( the one that’s refusing to launch) and reset it… which is dumb. You can’t get in how will you then access the settings to reset it.

I’ve tried resetting the ps5, deleting and reinstalling the app. Nothing I just get the same result.

please kindly provide an actual workable solution.

If only these two apps will not open on your gaming console, first follow the steps here to check for updates for these apps as this can resolve unexpected behavior: How to update PlayStation games and applications
