Audio Speed difference between iphone video and garageband audio

Hi,

I am recording videos on my iPhone 13 Pro and simultaneously recording the audio in GarageBand with my Shure SM7B microphone.

I started doing this in 2023 with no problem.

In early 2024, I purchased a MacBook Mini and started having issues with syncing the audio. It seems the GarageBand audio is now faster than the iPhone video. Every 30 seconds, I need to cut the audio and slide it a hair to keep it synched with the video.

I am not sure how to resolve this, and I am looking for suggestions.
