Bluetooth Headset mic not working on Bootcamp Windows

The problem is pretty straightforward: bluetooth headset (Bluebyrd ANC) has a microphone which is not recognized by Windows. As a result, they only function as headphones.

Has been discussed plenty of times before.

Was there any solution provided?
