Accessing the community

You can make a home-screen icon. On my iPhone and iPad I go to this little-known forum page:

Site Map - Apple Community

Then I use the Safari "Share" icon a the bottom of the page to select this:

Then you have a home screen icon that will take you to to an active directory of the entire forum system:

Log-in is still required, but Keychain can handle that

Do you mean the "Ask the Community" forum you are currently in?

If you mean just the community website in general, just go to https://discussions.apple.com

Or you can, in Safari on an iPhone, click on the share icon, and then on "Add to Home Screen" to add an icon to your iPhone Home Screen so you can access it directly.
