I ordered a Mac Pro from Apple store online it came today with the return label of: AI, 1025 Darrel Wal Trip Dr, Lebanon Tn.

Googled address as Panjiva.co*.

Does this seem right?

The serial number given at the back of the box is legitimate as I checked myself at the Apple website. How come it can have a half-price difference? Apple trade-in a scam? I received an online trade-in quote for $365 for a nearly 4-year old Macbook Air. I brought it into the store physically because I wanted to know if this was an accurate quote - affecting which new computer I was going to buy. Again, I was told the online quote was $365. However, after I mailed it in, they now claim it has zero value because of streaks across the screen and a dent (which I never saw). What a waste of time. I am worried they are going to send me back my laptop damaged. Has anyone had a good experience with the trade-in program? I wish I had researched it better before bothering. I am only seeing negative experiences.

Apple hides its identity behind dozens of companies, some real, some imaginary, in many different situations.

This helps you -- because if the box came direct from Apple, it would be stolen before it hit your front door.
