Background Sounds Stops Abruptly

After I updated to MacOS Sequoia background sounds keep stopping all of a sudden. I always use dark noise when I work so it's pretty annoying. Some people asked the same question about a year ago but I couldn't find any answers. I never had this problem before I updated to MacOS Sequoia. Does anyone know a solution to this?

This is a bigger problem than people realize. It's a wonderful feature that is utterly ruined by this problem. It's akin to apps randomly crashing.
