Irritating sound from Macbook M1

Hi,

I have a problem with my macbook sound - on average every 30 seconds I have a very annoying momentary sound. Has anyone perhaps had a similar problem?

I have had this problem since the beginning so it should not be an issue with any apps. I've also tried deleting most of the apps for testing, because at first I thought it was a "notification".
