Sleep apnea notification set up

I just got the Apple Watch 10 and I am trying to set the sleep apnea notifications and keep getting an error that it cannot complete setup and to try again later.

Apple Watch Series 10, watchOS 11

Can't turn on Sleep Apnea or Breathing Disturbances notifications I just got an Apple Watch 10 specifically for the sleep apnea tracking and notifications. I've read several articles about how to activate this, but the options aren't available in my Health App. You're supposed to be able to turn on notifications under Respiratory>Breathing Disturbances and Respiratory>Sleep Apnea Notifications, but neither of those pages has a place to turn on notifications. What am I missing?

Same also. Tried unpairing didn’t work. Install beta still didn’t work.
