No way to contact app developer of Bricks Breaker about problem rendering the app

  1. The app Bricks Breaker Quest is rendering in a way that makes the game unplayable. The iPad isn’t turned horizontally, but the game is; so I can’t see the entire play screen. I am unable to play. I paused the game but cannot restart it.
  2. This has happened after playing the game for years, getting past level 250, and accumulating over 4000 points to use for various options. If I delete the game and reload it, I lose all of what I have accumulated.
  3. There is no way to contact the developer support team from the App Store. So, what should I do?
