The Gardens Between+ in Apple Arcade

Are you having issues too with the apple arcade version of The Gardens Between game? It has been crashing on me since I downloaded it. Whenever I select ‘New Game’, it plays the first intro video, one in the tree house, then crashes after. When I tried selecting ‘Continue’, the loading icon from bottom right shows before it crashes again.

I have already gone through with the basics of troubleshooting. Reboot iPad, reinstall app, updated iPadOS to current version but to no avail.

Please help!

"If you found the app on the App Store, contact the app developer. If the app is made by Apple or came with your iPhone or iPad, contact Apple Support for your iPhone or for your iPad."
