Airpods 4gen with Windows11

This week, I bought new AirPods 4th gen. Everything works fine with my iPhone, iPad, and MacBook Air. However, when I tried to use them with Windows 11, I faced a sound issue: both the sound and the mic volume were very low, even though the sound level was set to 100%.

What I did to solve the issue, but there was no change:

1.Reinstalled the Bluetooth driver.

2.Repaired AirPods with Windows 11.

3.Disabled Hands-Free.

4.Rebooted the PC.

I need to use them with the Teams app on Windows 11. However, I can't use them due to this sound issue. Does anyone know a solution?

Hi,

I've founded a workaroud that worked for me.

I'm using the Airpods 4 with Microsoft Teams and everytime I join in a call, the volume turns down.

Open regedit and search for this:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Bluetooth\Audio\AVRCP\CT

double-click on "DisableAbsoluteVolume" and set the value from 0 to 1.

Reboot your PC. Once rebooted, connect your airpods and try with a call. should work fine.

I hope this works for you.
