My MacBook Pro is 2012 late model. OS version is macOS Catalina 10.15.7. How to upgrade to Sonoma or Sequoia? Is there any possible option?

Nope. There's no other solution than to replace the 12 year old computer.

The 2012 Mac can't be upgraded beyond Catalina.
