My iphone XR can't restore after flashing with 3utools

hello,my iphone XR is not restoring or updating in itunes,everything doesn't work using dfu mode doesn't even work and itunes just shows "the iphone "iphone" could not be restored.an unknown error has occurred (11)".Every time I try restoring it just shows up with this error I have tried for hours and switch cables and prots but nothing works.So please don't flash your phone with 3utools.Pls anyone give me an answer that will 100% work I have tried for hours and nothing.So pls be fast also
